RSTechie Skills

RSTechie Skills is a division of RS-Techie. We help students and job-seekers learn the part of corporate work that college doesn't cover: how teams are organised, how requirements are written, how meetings run, how defects move from "new" to "closed", and how to talk confidently with colleagues you've never met.

Our approach

• Learn by doing a role, not by reading about it. In the live course you play every role on a small team, one after another.
• A little every day. Short lessons and short tasks, so it fits around college or a job search.
• Practice with feedback. Our AI mentor gives instant feedback on practice answers. It's an AI and says so if you ask. Grades and certificates are always checked by our mentor.

Our mentor

Our lead mentor began their career as a hardware design engineer, moved through technical support into embedded software, and today works at principal-engineer level at a multinational automotive technology company, leading teams and reviewing designs every week. An Electrical & Electronics graduate, not a computer-science one, they know what it takes to break into software without the "right" degree. With 16+ years across small firms, a start-up and global companies, they teach the part of corporate life nobody explains in college. Teaches in English and Tamil.

What we don't do

We don't run a placement agency, and we never promise jobs. We teach skills, and we'll tell you honestly what we can and can't help with.
