RSTechie Skills (skills.rstechie.com) is run by RS-Techie, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Your WhatsApp number, which is how you log in. We also store the name you give us.
• Learning data: practice answers, daily test scores, streaks, lesson progress, role tasks and stand-up notes.
• Device information: device type and browser, so we can keep your account to one phone and one computer and show you where you're logged in.
• Payments: handled by Razorpay. We receive the payment status and reference, never your card or UPI details.
• Messages you send us through the contact form, doubt box or WhatsApp.

Why we use it

• To log you in and keep your account secure.
• To show your progress, issue certificates and run the live course.
• To send reminders you can switch off, and to reply to your messages.
• To improve our lessons, using totals and trends rather than individual profiles.

AI processing

Our AI mentor uses an external AI provider (DeepSeek) to give feedback on practice answers and to answer doubts. Before any text is sent, we remove your name, phone number and email. The provider's servers may be outside India.

Sharing

We don't sell your data. We share it only with the services needed to run the site: Razorpay (payments), Meta's WhatsApp platform via our Leporis system (login and messages), Zoho (email) and our hosting provider. We post your name, photo or project on LinkedIn or our website only with your separate consent for each item. You can withdraw consent any time.

Cookies and analytics

We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in. Analytics (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) load only if you accept them.

How long we keep it

As long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your learning data and messages. Payment records are kept as long as Indian tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent. Email office@rstechie.in. This is also our grievance contact, and we reply within 7 days.
