Refund policy

Pro (yearly)

• Pro is one payment for 12 months. It never renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel.
• If you're unhappy, ask within 7 days of paying and we'll refund it in full.
• After 7 days, Pro isn't refunded, but you keep it until the end of your 12 months.

Professional Corporate Coding (live course)

• Full refund if you cancel up to 3 days before your batch starts.
• 50% refund if you cancel before the end of Day 3 of the course.
• No refund after Day 3, because your seat in the role-play team can't be given to someone else.
• If we cancel or postpone a batch and you can't join the new date, you get a full refund.

How refunds work

Email office@rstechie.in with your registered WhatsApp number. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days. Free and 100%-discounted access can't be refunded.
